Parashar IP Solutions was founded by Nishu Parashar, a legal professional currently practicing at the Patna High Court. She specializes in bridging the gap between business commerce and complex legal protection, ensuring that innovation is always backed by a strong legal foundation.
Nishu holds a B.Com from Patna Women’s College and an LL.B from Mumbai University, giving her a unique perspective on the intersection of India’s financial legalities and commercial growth. Her deep business insight is complemented by an LL.M in Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) from HNLU, Raipur, a premier National Law University.
By combining her courtroom experience in Patna with high-level specialization in IPR, Nishu provides creators and entrepreneurs with elite, national-standard legal strategies. She founded the firm to transform abstract ideas into secure, legally protected business assets.
